What drinks are allowed?
Because Rove Estate produces it's own wines and ciders, our licensing is unique and only allows us to serve Rove Estate’s variety of wines and ciders. Any non-alcoholic beverages of your selection may be served in addition to the wines & ciders. We are happy to provide a complimentary consultation to help you select the wines and ciders you would like to serve. If you choose to source bartenders through a caterer with the correct valid licensing, beer can be served at your event. Our event coordinator will be happy to help you find a caterer with this option. Liquor is strictly prohibited from our property.
Which vendors can we use?
We are more than happy to provide you with a list of our preferred vendors and help you select the vendors that most suit your style, needs, and budget. As always, we’re open to working with any vendors you may have in mind.
What is included?
All ceremony and reception packages include a complimentary 1 hour ceremony walk-through, use of the property for photographs on the day of the event, exclusive use of our event tent complete with tables, chairs, a unique barnwood bar, tent bistro lighting, deluxe portable restrooms, and French window tent walls in case of inclement weather.
Do you help us plan wedding details?
Although we are more than happy to connect you with our set of preferred vendors, we do not plan your wedding details outside of facility arrangements.
When do we have access to the event space?
Our general contract allows your group to have access to the event space at 10:00am on the day of the event, giving you time to personalize the space for your big day. Our township enforces a 11:00pm noise curfew, requiring last call for alcohol to be no later than 10:30pm and music to be turned off no later than 10:45pm. All guests must be departed before 11:00pm. The space must be returned to its original condition and all personal belongings (including vehicles) must be removed before 10:00am on the day following the event.
Does the tasting room close during the event?
No, the tasting room remains open to guests during our normal business hours. Although the event and tasting room spaces are separated, there will be tasting room guests present on the premises on the day of your event.
